Chick-fil-A High Achiever for Over a Decade
The question is not whether or not a person is growing and getting better. The real question is “AT WHAT RATE is this person improving?”.
For over 14 years, I’ve created tools to speed up the development process as I have recruited, hired, managed, and developed 900+ employees in a nationally top-ranking Chick-fil-A restaurant. The key to this success? Simple, consistent, effective tools that transform build strong teams and individuals.
From my experience, I have obtained my personal mission: To glorify God by developing leaders and helping them move from N to Z.

Michael’s Mission

My goal has been to produce results in all aspects of my job so that my Chick-fil-A store can expand its impact and develop more leaders. I am passionate about challenging others to maximize their rate of personal growth.
